Primary Routes of Exposure:
Eye
Skin
Potential Acute Health Effects:
Eye: Contact may cause eye irritation.
Skin: Prolonged or repeated contact may cause irritation. May be absorbed through the skin.
Ingestion: Substance may be harmful if swallowed. May cause burning, nausea, gastroenteritis and vomiting. May cause renal damage, as evidenced by bloody urine.
Inhalation: Avoid breathing vapors or mists. Harmful if inhaled. Can cause irritation and burns of nose, throat, and respiratory tract.
Signs and Symptoms: Persons with pre-existing skin disorders or eye problems, or impaired kidney or respiratory function may be more susceptible to the effects of the substance.

May cause inflammation of the upper respiratory tract. Prolonged skin contact
can cause dermatitis, cyanosis of the fingers and possible ulceration. May affect kidneys.

Eye contact: Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention.
Skin contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation persists, get medical attention. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
Ingestion: Get medical attention immediately. If swallowed, give large quantities of milk. Call a physician or poison control center immediately. NEVER GIVE ANYTHING BY MOUTH TO AN UNCONSCIOUS PERSON.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical attention.
Note to Physician: There is no specific antidote for effects from overexposure to this material. Treatment should be directed at the control of symptoms and the clinical condition.
